An expert in economics and public policy, he earned his doctoral degree in Economics from Universitas Indonesia after completing his master’s degree in the same field. He currently serves as Director of the Master’s Program in Development Studies at Parahyangan Catholic University (UNPAR) and is active as a lecturer and researcher in economics, social engineering and development, poverty and inequality, and finance. Previously, he led UNPAR’s Center of Business Studies and gained professional experience in the banking sector as a credit analyst. With a focus on economic policy and sustainable development, he has been involved in various national research projects and initiatives, including collaborations with the Ministry of Finance, Bappenas, and UN Women. He also has an extensive academic publication record, covering topics such as inflation, poverty, and domestic economic connectivity.

She is a graduate of Public Administration from Universitas Gadjah Mada, earned her master’s degree in Development Studies from Erasmus University in the Netherlands, and obtained her PhD in Local Government Studies from the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom. She currently serves as Director of the Center for Public Policy and Management Studies (CPMS) and previously served as Head of the Department of Public Administration at Parahyangan Catholic University from 2014 to 2020. She has received various awards, including Best Lecturer in Research in 2016, Community Service in 2018, and Teaching in 2023, as well as Best Presenter and Best Poster at the UNPAR Research Seminar in 2024. She has also received international fellowships from the Netherlands, Japan, Hungary, and Germany. As a principal investigator, she was involved in the 2024 RISTEKDIKTI project on “Sentiment Analysis of Public Policy in Indonesia,” as well as international research on public policy and gender equality in the labor market. She also served as deputy chair of the Leadership Accelerator Training for Women in Manufacturing program for NIKE, funded by the International Finance Corporation (IFC).

She is a lecturer and researcher in the Business Administration Study Program and the Master’s Program in Development Studies, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Parahyangan Catholic University. She earned her PhD in Statistics from the University of Wollongong in 2001, her MSc in Statistics from the University of the Philippines Los Baños in 1992, and her Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from Bogor Agricultural University in 1989. Her research interests include social statistics, business analytics, sample surveys, operations research, and big data. She has served as Head of the Business Administration Study Program, Head of the Master’s Program in Development Studies, and Head of the Online Content Development Division of UNPAR+. Her research covers entrepreneurship and business ecosystems in Indonesia, as well as participation in international research on strengthening the capacity of women farmers. She is also active in community service through the development of village-owned enterprises and partner villages. Her publications appear in national and international journals, and she is a member of the European Network for Business and Industrial Statistics, the International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology (IACSIT), and the Indonesian Statistical Association.

A lecturer and researcher in Public Administration, particularly in public management and organization, she is also active in community empowerment initiatives. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Parahyangan Catholic University, both summa cum laude, and her PhD in Political Science from Tunghai University, Taiwan, also summa cum laude. She currently serves as Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences for the 2024–2027 period, after previously serving as Head of the Department of Public Administration and Head of UNPAR’s Center for Human Development and Social Justice (CHuDS).

He has been a lecturer in the International Relations Study Program at UNPAR since 2014, with a focus on environmental politics, climate change, and international political economy. He earned his doctoral degree from the University of Leeds in 2024, with research on the political economy of climate change adaptation in Indonesia, funded by an LPDP scholarship. He also obtained his master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Universitas Gadjah Mada. Apresian has received international research grants and actively writes in reputable journals such as the Journal of Current Southeast Asian Affairs, as well as national media outlets such as The Jakarta Post and Kompas. His publications and research extensively discuss global policies related to the environment and climate change.

They have been a lecturer in International Relations at UNPAR since 1988, specializing in the political economy of development, industrial relations, and public administration. They earned their doctoral degree from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium, with a dissertation on the political economy of development and industrial relations in Indonesia. In addition to teaching, they have served as a National Adviser for UNDP and as a Senior Adviser for an ADB project on decentralization. They also assisted the Ministry of Home Affairs in developing the e-EKPPD system. Their research covers public administration, management, and politics, with several publications on public service policy and local government management.

They are a lecturer in Public Administration at Parahyangan Catholic University (UNPAR), with expertise in public policy, public management, and sustainable village development. They completed their bachelor’s degree in Government Studies at UGM, their master’s degree in Social Sciences at UI, and their doctoral degree in Social Sciences at Giessen University, Germany, with a KAAD scholarship. They have also served as a visiting lecturer at Giessen University with support from DAAD. During their time at UNPAR, they have held several positions, including Head of Study Program, Head of the CPMS Research Center, Vice Dean, Dean for two terms, and Vice Rector for Academic Affairs. They are currently active in research on sustainable village development innovation, in collaboration with the Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Cultural Affairs and Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES) Germany, as well as Food Smart City research with the Bandung City Government, Rikolto Belgium, and the Milan Urban Food Policy Pact (MUFPP), Italy.

They are an academic and researcher in the fields of circular economy and sustainable development. They earned their PhD from Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands, after completing master’s studies at Maastricht School of Management and Parahyangan Catholic University (UNPAR). They currently serve as Director of I-Sustain at UNPAR and are actively involved in various global initiatives, such as the Milan Urban Food Policy Pact and Erasmus+ projects. With more than two decades of experience as a lecturer and researcher, they have contributed to various studies and collaborative projects with international institutions such as the G20, Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, and Rikolto. Their academic engagement also includes the development of innovative curricula and training programs for young entrepreneurs.

He is an academic and expert in business administration, with a strong educational background that includes a PhD from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium. He also earned a European Master of Public Administration through the Erasmus program, a master’s degree from Universitas Indonesia, and a bachelor’s degree from Parahyangan Catholic University. With extensive experience as a lecturer in various postgraduate programs, he has taught at Parahyangan Catholic University, Universitas Padjadjaran, Universitas Pasundan, and other institutions. His achievements include receiving the Best Lecturer Award at Parahyangan Catholic University and a doctoral scholarship from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. In addition to his academic work, Dr. Sanerya has been involved in various research and consulting projects, including corporate restructuring and human resource competency development in state-owned enterprises. Through his dedication to education, he contributes to strengthening organizations, empowering communities, and building smart and sustainable cities.

Dr. Indraswari is an academic and researcher with more than 30 years of experience in gender, human rights, and development. She earned her PhD in Anthropology from The Australian National University, Australia, with an Australian Development Scholarship, and obtained her MA in Sociology from the University of Essex, United Kingdom, with a British Chevening Award. She received her bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Communication Sciences, Universitas Padjadjaran.
In her academic career, Dr. Indraswari has been a lecturer in the Public Administration Study Program at Parahyangan Catholic University since 1996 and in the Master’s Program in Development Studies since 2008. She teaches courses related to public policy, gender in public administration, gender and development, and social research methods. Beyond academia, she served as Commissioner of the National Commission on Violence against Women of the Republic of Indonesia (Komnas Perempuan RI) from 2015 to 2018. Dr. Indraswari is a certified national policy analyst.
